We are immediately looking for an independent working cook. Are you enthusiastic, hospitable and full of culinary ideas? Then we are looking for you! Family restaurant De Boskantine is located at Bungalow Park Hoenderloo, in the middle of the Veluwe woods.

You are proactive and stress resistant. You run lunch and dinner independently, you also give directions to catering assistants who come to lend you a hand, or who stand in the snack bar. Together with your colleague, you come up with new seasonal and regional dishes and put together a beautiful menu. You stay informed of new trends in dishes, preparation methods and cooking techniques. Quality and details are important to you and; the eye wants something too! You always give a perfectly prepared plate!

Some of your responsibilities:

• Preparing lunch and dinner in the Mise en Place;

• Preparing all lunch and dinner dishes from the menu;

• Providing super service and an unforgettable experience to all our guests;

• Purchasing and stock management;

• Monitoring food safety on the basis of HACCP registration;

• Thinking along with the preparation of the new menu.
